I come from Nusa Tenggara Timur. Currently, I work for Pesat Ministry – Salatiga (Central Java). I got a chance to study at ICDS Jakarta (almost a year). I got scholarship of 100%. I major in Mission.

I thank God because of His grace I have chance to study at ICDS. My impression while studying here are:
* Disciplines are relevant to students’ need or ministry they are involved in.
* To tell the truth, my paradigm of mission changing.

I present my thanks to: 1) the lecturers who teach us. I think they are competent enough in their field. God changed my paradigm through them, 2) Director and staff of ICDS who have help and facilitate us during our study, 3) donators who funds us. My fellow friends and me appreciate it all and intend to finish the study well. God bless you all.

Praises God, that education institute of like ICDS present answers requirement of ministers/activist/shepherd Church would having spirit of missioner and can follow change dynamics of era which is permanent stood upon truth of Bible. At least, that is my impression when following lecturing in this ICDS.
Why that way? Because according to me, the existing Church too much having ministers/activist/shepherd having spirit of missioner but light in managerial to era change dynamics (especially related problem social and politics). This thing causing very slow development and Church response in adapting and collaboration with change dynamics, so that Church experiences stagnation and isolates self (or allergy?) to issues local truthfully needs attention also from Church. Many human resource potencies which has not been optimal by Church in following and answers change current profanes, because it’s the light managerial Church in enable ness of the potencies.
And presence of ICDS in fact has replied this Church weakness. Therefore presence of ICDS as education institute suited for forming and constructs again ability of the shepherd/ministers/ activist in response, analyses, and argument to problems which actual, either in local and also global.
